With the holiday season right around the corner, Communities and Homeowners across the country will soon be putting up spectacular Christmas light displays that show off their love of the holiday, as well as their creativity. Although it may be shocking to some, largely because of the warm and sunny weather here in Orlando, Florida, is home to some of the most impressive light displays in the country! If you live in OrlandoÂ or plan to visit soon, here is a list of the best Christmas light displays in Orlando and surrounding areas that you should take the time to visit during the holiday season.

1.Â Winter Park Corners Scenic Drive: 1951 Aloma Ave, Winter Park, FL 32792
If you begin at Winter Park Corners, near the Whole Foods Market and TITLE Boxing Club, drive onto Lander Road. Take the road all the way to Taylor Avenue and back to where it intersects with Glenarden Road. You will see several areas clustered with Christmas lights during this drive. It continues onto Edwin Boulevard and Byron Road.
2.Â Downtown Orlando Christmas Tree: Lake Eola, Orlando, FL 32801
You’ll see the Christmas Tree off East Central Boulevard, on Lake Eola. The tree will be lit on Friday, Dec. 5 at 5 p.m.
3.Â Park Avenue Christmas Tree and Lights: Park Ave, Orlando, FL 32819

4.Â Light Up UCF: 12777 Gemini Blvd N, Orlando, FL 32816
This festival, held at the University of Central Florida, features 50 nights of ice skating, light shows, a film festival and attractions. VisitÂ lightupucf.comÂ for details.
5.Â Angler Court Lights Display: Angler Court, Orlando, FL 32825
6.Â Waterford Lakes Lights: 413 Lakes Town Center, Orlando, FL 32828 and 413 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828
Santa’s Winter Wonderland Village held at Waterford Lakes Town Center, features Santa’s Workshop, holiday foods, amusement rides and thousands of Christmas lights and decorations. The event is free, including parking. ClickÂ hereÂ for more details.
7. Garden Grove Lights Display: Garden Grove Circle, Winter Park, FL 32792
The whole block participates in a large display. It’s a subdivision off Howell Branch Road and Tangerine.
8. Winterset DriveÂ Lights Display: Winterset Drive, Orlando, FL 32832
This street intersects at Lake Mary Jane Road and is right on Lake Mary Jane. There will be roughly 55,000 lights blinking to music. There will also be a bubble machine and animated snowball fights between Santa and a snowman.
9.Â Lake Nona Lights Display: 9800 Old Patina Way, Orlando, FL 32832
There will be over 25,000 lights choreographed to music. The show premieres Thanksgiving evening and runs nightly through Christmas. VisitÂ lakenonalights.comÂ for more information.
10. Westshire NeighborhoodÂ Lights Display:Â 5105 Bellthorn Drive, Orlando, FL 32837
Voted one of the top local displays by local event guides, the display features over 100 trees, including themed trees, and thousands of lights.
11. Sunburst WayÂ Lights Display:Â 1642 Sunburst Way, Kissimmee, FL 34744
This home has its own website (christmaswonders.com) and has a place on a 2009 national top five list of holiday light displays from Reader’s Digest. It’s the home of Ron Lister.
12. Light Up the Wild at Moss Park:Â 12901 Moss Park Road, Orlando, FL 32832
Dec. 19 through Dec. 23, guests can journey though twinkling displays throughout Moss Park. Cost is $5 per car. VisitÂ lightupthewild.comÂ for more information.

14. Oviedo and Chuluota Christmas Lights Display:Â 536 Wax Palm Lane, Chuluota, FL 32766
Kilowatt Christmas that synchronizes over 18,000 lights to Christmas music that you can pick up on your FM receiver on channel 93.9.Â The show runs Sunday through Thursday from 5:45 pm until 10 pm and until 10:30 pm on Friday and Saturday.
